Overview

At HZ Organic, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a replacement policy for eligible products under the conditions outlined below.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.


Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • We only offer replacement for items that are:

    • Damaged during delivery

    • Leaked

    • Defective

    • Incorrect item delivered

⚠️ Refunds are not offered for cosmetic products once delivered, except where required by law.


Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To request a replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.


Replacement Process

  • Once your request is received, our team will review the evidence.

  • If approved, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched.

  • If the product is unavailable, we may offer:

    • A suitable alternative, or

    • Store credit (at our discretion)


Shipping of Returned Items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The return address will be shared only after approval of the replacement request.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)


Cash on Delivery & Bank Transfer Orders

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer payment methods.

  • For approved cases, replacements are provided instead of refunds.

  • COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.


Sale Items

Products purchased on sale or promotional offers are not eligible for refund and may only be replaced if damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
